Baylopen Generals is a community organization that was established in 2019 by Dontri Bolden, a community engagement activist who envisioned the betterment for all. The organization services youths and adults in the Delmarva Peninsula to better and unify communities through volunteer services, community engagement, leadership skills, and trade skillsets in bicycle restoration.
